The Ateliers explore L’Enclos' unique inquiry into the tangible, and perhaps impossible, embodiment of non-dual philosophies within a mundane lifestyle which, although far from perfect, remains nonetheless an interesting objective for us, and above all an intentional and conceptual quest that brings certain satisfactions for us and our clients. Here within the Ateliers, design takes on the role of a conversation, a quest to unearth the potentials of a design ethos for the spiritual seeker. An interactive realm where the return on investment, objectives, and the spectrum of spiritual consciousness are all welcomed variables, be it from the perspective of the client or the designer. At times, designers delve into their disciplines unbound by clients or prescribed objectives, crafting exercises that nourish the soul or embody the Design for Nothing method. Deeply inspired by the spiritual teachings of Eastern philosophies, particularly nondual perspectives like Advaita Vedanta, Taoism, Dzogchen, and Zen Buddhism, we infuse graphic design with profound themes of awakening and stillness. Drawing from personal experience and daily practice, our art pieces serve as visual markers, guiding seekers back to their meditation practice and the study of spiritual teachings.
