A CREATIVE CATALYSTS SHOWCASE
Unified Theme Art
20 participants each exploring a unified theme through individual art sessions
WHY UNIFIED THEME ART?
During the "Unified Theme Art" session, remote employees from a New York company creatively explored a singular theme, with each contributing artwork that reflected a shared concept but different personal preferences. The session created an ensemble of art pieces melding individual creativity and collective goals, producing a series ready to be exhibited. It cultivated a sense of belonging and alignment, demonstrating how art can act as a catalyst for establishing a cohesive and empathetic workplace culture.
UNIFIED THEME ART
Ephemeral Blossoms
The session themed "Ephemeral Blossoms" offers a unique opportunity. Crafting matchsticks as a communication device and/or design object, participants explore beyond utility, meditating on nature's ephemeral beauty, with matches designed as endangered plants. The project serves as an emotional outlet and emphasizes the urgent need to address threats to plant life like deforestation and climate change.
Original “Ephemeral Blossoms” concept by Martin Lenclos.
